PURPOSE Marketing is a Sydney based company (going national) designed to help small to medium businesses use the internet to leverage their current marketing and increase customer communication resulting in greater lead generation. We deal with the owners/md’s of small-medium companies directly, to educate about 1 to 1 marketing, utilising the internet. We don't just sell 'design', we sell 'marketing', and what they end up with is a new website.

Production Manager:
This position is for an experienced production manger in the web development, graphics or similar field. The ideal person is passionate about what they do and a real 'people person'. Yet the person must be well organised, confident, sometimes strong and able to motivate and lead a young design team.

Purpose Group is an e-marketing driven company, using the web to its fullest potential. We are wanting people who have management experience on the design floor and can use this knowledge and experience by adapting it to our unique products and services. We believe every website must have a 'purpose', and generally this is to bring them more prospects for their business. The sad thing is, 99% of websites just don't do this.
